QUALITY ASSURANCE CUSTOMER CARE HEAD
Responsibilities
As a head of our QA department, you will be responsible for:
- Planing and coordinating all thing related to Quality Assurance based on standard and procedure
- Develop and release Customer care agent and release to customers to perform properly, match their purposes and meet internal requirements
- Internal Coordination to handling man power issues
- Controlling and developing Quality Control Procedures for internal department
- Monitoring implementation procedure
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Mass Communications, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Computer Literate, English Fluency, Leadership And Mentoring, Training Presentation.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in West Jakarta.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
